When Bob visited Michigan this past year, he stopped by a farm and brought back over 500 pounds of Sour cherries. We added lemon zest and sugar to the plump cherries and created the most delicious jam ever. Bob recommends pairing it with his holiday Stollen or a toasted slice of crusty bread.
