|Do you ship internationally?
|No, currently we only offer shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and would like to place and order please contact us.

|How much are shipping costs?
|Shipping costs are automatically calculated prior to submitting your order. During the checkout process you can select the shipping method that best fits your needs. To ensure product quality, temperature controlled packaging may be used; and some shipping methods may not be available for your location. If you have questions about the packaging please contact customer service.
|When will my order ship?
|To ensure freshness orders typically ship 24 – 48 hours after payment is received. In order to guarantee optimal product quality orders are not shipped during weekends or over extended holidays. A shipping notification will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order 24 hours a day by logging into your account and selecting “Review Orders / Track Packages” from the My Orders section.
|What is your return policy?
|Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with great care. Every step is taken to ensure that your order makes a flawless arrival. However if for any reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will gladly replace, exchange or refund your order.
